Wayne Snelling-CEO
Wayne has worked for Tennessee Homeless Solutions since 2008. Mr. Snelling has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Psychology, and Hispanic Culture with an emphasis on Theology, and a graduate degree in Non-profit Management. Prior to working at Tennessee Homeless Solutions, Wayne Snelling was the lead Case Manager for the Continuous Treatment Team at a Mental Health Organization in West Tennessee. Mr. Snelling has three additional years of experience working for the Department of Mental Health on various statewide initiatives. Mr. Snelling has been working with the homeless population for 12 years, and has assisted in bringing over 30 million dollars of Federal and State money to West Tennessee.
Suze Snelling-Homeless Hotline operator/Financial Specialist
Suze is the Hotline/Financial Specialist. She began working for Tennessee Homeless Solutions in October of 2009. She has a Business Administration degree and has over 50 years of experience in Business Administration and Accounting. "I am proud to be a part of the many services that Tennessee Homeless Solutions provides to the people of this area. I look forward to going to work each and every day.", said Suze.
Mike Smith-SSVF Case Worker
Mike joined the THS team in early 2014 as a Case Worker for our SSVF program. He began working in Social Work 12 years ago and since that time has directly assisted thousands of homeless individuals and families throughout West Tennessee. As one of the only members of our staff who have been homeless he offers a dynamic perspective to our program. Mike fully believes in THS's mission of ending homelessness in West TN and is dedicated to seeing that mission come to fruition.
Gene is a social worker that started working for THS in May 2013. He works directly as an outreach worker for the ESG program, to homeless individuals and their families in a five county radius. He had no prior experience in social work: he came directly from college with a degree in Psychology from Union University. "I have come to really enjoy the work I am doing with THS, the people that I help are always grateful and extremely happy to receive services. I believe working in an environment where you can help change people's lives is a very rewarding field to be in." says Gene.

Amy McDonald-HMIS Specialist/SHP Coordinator
Amy recently began with Tennessee Homeless Solutions after working as Executive Director of Matthew 25:40, Inc. in Dyersburg, TN. Born in Dubuque, IA. Moved to TN in 1999. Married, 3 children, 2 grandchildren and 3 dogs. Favorite hobby is Words with Friends.
Sherry Tittle-SSVF Program Director
Sherry was born in St. Louis, MO and moved to Dyer County at the age of twelve, where she is currently living with her husband. Sherry has been in the Social Service field for 16 years. She joined the THS staff in 2012 and is now our Program Manager for the SSVF program. Sherry states that her goal is to provide excellent service to our Veterans who have risked their lives for our country.
Hannah was born and raised in Sharon, TN where she currently lives. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor of science in Family and Consumer Science. Hannah states that she is eager and excited to help Veterans at Tennessee Homeless Solutions.
Hannah Wade-SSVF Case Worker
Jo Ann and her husband Roger have been married for 30 years and live in Crockett County. Jo Ann joined our staff at THS in September 2014 as our Program Support Assistant in the Dyersburg office. She assists the Case Management team in our Support Service for Veterans Families Program.
